Today’s experience was a phone visit however I felt as comfortable and informed by Dr. Lee as my in office visits. She helps me understand my medical changes as I age in a way that I know I can prepare for it. I also appreciate her patience.

My Dr, Maria Lee is absolutely, excellent. She’s very easy to talk to, informative and she always provides helpful tips and information. I’m glad I found her. My diabetes control has been so much better since meeting her. Also, her staff is very helpful.

During my appointment today I felt encouraged by Dr. Jamal’s feedback regarding all the hard work I have been doing to change my diet. My glucose levels have seen a big improvement and I have lost about 20 lbs. I appreciate her acknowledging my effort. I also like that she provides a summary of the visit with instructions regarding changes she’s made to medications. A good start to the new year.

Dr. Maria Lee’s communication skills with me are excellent. She points out things during her examination, answers questions to explain and keys her notes into her computer that are printed for you to take home and review.
She is always cordial and is the only female Doctor I have ever had, and she has managed to help me bring down my A1c to 6.4!!!
